Fallingwater

While staying at Kooser State Park, we visited the nearby Fallingwater house. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is a house was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the family of Pittsburgh department store owner Edgar J. Kaufmann. LeeAnn wanted to go, and I thought it would be neat to see, but I wasn’t expecting much from the trip. I was wrong. Seeing it in person is no match for the famous photographs (or these). There’s an admission charge, and they recommend buying tickets in advance. The experience is well worth the price.
